Tommy's Margarita at Eow Magazine

Tommy's Margarita

Tommy’s Margarita is a stripped down version of the classic margarita made with tequila, lime and agave syrup. It is cleaner, more focused and lets the tequila take the lead.

Common Mistakes

Do not use a tequila mixto. Using anything other than a 100% blue agave tequila is the easiest way to ruin a Tommy’s Margarita. The cocktail is built around the tequila, and lower quality spirits will make it taste harsh and unbalanced.
