Chris Doig has spent most of his 20s behind cocktail bars and is considered a proper mixologist among his peers. 

Now, working at Juuls Wineshop in Værnedamsvej, Copenhagen he has specialized in hard-to-find spirits, premium bottles and wine. 

We dropped by to ask Chris about the next thing trending and reveal the hidden spirits we are currently missing out on.
